Large quantities of unlicensed medicines have been seized by Department of throughout a search of a home in Glengormley.
A man was talked to by department officers about illegally importing and subsequently supplying unlicensed impotence medications through the web.
The 47-year-old was also questioned about other medicine offences.
He will now be the subject of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: “It is crucial that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be dangerous.
“These kinds of items being sold, generally online, have undergone no quality control and there can be no guarantee about their security.
“You merely do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not understand the impact drugs like this might have on your health.”
